	The menu at Fishbone was surprisingly limited. Although I was able to find ONE dish that look appealing, the restaurant was out (at an early 5 pm dining time). The salmon wasn't fresh and the fish and chips were soggy. For this kind of food - I'll try a less expensive Long John Silvers next time.
