The food is acceptable but not great. The chef cooks like a novice. The `chef` substituted yellow noodles instead of using lug lug noodles for the palabok. It tasted funny and I would never order palabok again. Sometimes they did not have even half all of the dishes offered in their menu. This place is for those who don't know how to cook or know anyone else that can cook(well). The atmosphere is average but not when there is karaoke. I believe that they need to improve their culinary skills. As a fellow filipino I am sad to say that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am not the only who feels this way. If anyone needs proof of this you can ask my family and friends who also feel the same way but with a different choice of words. Manila Bay just needs more time for improvement. I would recommend that they politely take suggestions from their customers and if they already do, they should seriously consider taking them.
