The worst dining experience ever! I actually paid to be insulted! They employ the worse/rudest Manager and Waitress that I have ever encountered. I ordered a Taco Salad. My husband and I also ordered drinks, and appetizers. The Taco Salad arrived (less the salad) loaded with refried beans (not in menu description). It looked and tasted like `slop`. My husband talked me into sending it back (first time ever). Another waitress came by and I explained that I was looking for more of a salad. She was pleasant and said it was no problem - they wanted their customers to be happy... and took the Taco Salad. My waitress returned with a house salad and the Taco Salad wrapped `to go`. I questioned her as to the lack of salad ingredients and she actually argued with me at the table telling me that there were greens and tomatoes when she delivered it. She implied that I purposely ate the salad and then complained! When the bill came ($49.00)- we were charged for both salads. I brought this to her attention - she said that her Manager said that I had to pay because I ate half of it (3 bites). I was outraged and humiliated. I went to the Manager and she told me the same thing. I told her that the Taco Salad did not match the menu description (ie. refried beans - she told me it was chili). They both made remarks within our earshot - (ie. waitress stating `...some people feel they can eat for free...` These people are watching too many scam movies. Do they actually think that people would go to this trouble to scam them for their $7.95 Taco Salad. PS. They also refused to accept a free entree coupon from the local paper - saying that `...the fine print excludes salads...`. Much against my better judgement - we paid the full bill $49.00 and I told the `world's rudest waitress` that her 20% tip was the Taco Salad. We live in the neighborhood and go to this restaurant occasionally. NEVER AGAIN!!!
