I agree with the prior post. We have gone to Strings over many years but the overall food, service and speed have gone steadily downhill. The worst par is the salad with its unusualy dressing used to be the best part, now that has also slipped to mediocrity. We will not be going back for a long, long time.- Is follow up to post by dkheins ...
The quality of the food at Strings is uneven with some of the pasta entrees exhibiting a gummy quality. Also, many of the entrees seem to taste the same. The salads are especially good however. The service is usually good with a friendly staff but can be slow sometimes. -- 9/4/2001 10:34:17 AM
