Thur. 11-15-01 5:30 p.m. (approx.) My friend and I had dinner here at the above date and time. The service was not good. It was not busy as you can tell from the time on the receipts. When we finally flagged down a server it took approximately 10 min. to get drinks and another 15 to get our appitizer. I flagged her down about 10 min. after appetizers and ask could we please put in our dinner order. The dinner was soggy and luke warm. The server was very pleasant but I was very disappointed because always when we go to Sacramento (very often) we always look forward to dinner at Friday's.
