Eating at Trotter's is not about getting a meal or hanging with your homies. You go to Trotter's to have fun with flavours, textures, colours, and fragrances. Unpretentious for what it is, it is seriously committed to excellence and enjoying food and all that comes with it. Like going to a gallery and looking at paintings and the finding you are interested in just seeing whatever you see, Trotter's makes the grilled cheese sandwich you make late the next night interesting.
