The most wonderful part of being an American is our right to voice our opinions. Pane Caldo has been a favorite of mine for many years. Some people are turned off by expensive restaurants and waiters that upsell the menu. The person who wrote the previous review revealed alot about their own personal character. I have found that if you take the advice of waiters at most restaurants they will not steer you wrong. And if they do, they comp. the offending item or items anyway. If you have a problem with pricing, just don't go if you don't have the money. It's not polite to debase a fine restaurant because of your own finacial situation. PS. Dessert is to die for at Pane Caldo
