More snoot than worth all the HOOT. Nothing is more frustruating than making a reservation well in advance and still needing to wait 1 hr!! I figure that's ok one time even twice but three strikes and your out in my book. What is more frustruating is that there are tables open for the `regulars.` Excuse me after living in Manhattan 30 years and the neighborhood for 8 year and dining 3 times in the place in less than 6 weeks does not give anybody the right to treat you like a B&Ter. The answer from the nose in the air manager very Parisian-- `if you want to leave sir we can recommend many places!` In a town of thousands of places to eat nobody is allowed to act this they did. That's my opinion anyway.
