	The baby back ribs at TRC are the best I have ever eaten. I used to live in Orange and we ate their often. We moved away in 1988, but every time I have been back in that area (at least 10 times), I make sure that I go there. Am going back in March, 2002 and will be sure to eat there. Barry Cooper
