	What an amazing experience! Coming from California for a family vacation, I was surprised by the atmosphere, selection, and the presentation. I have been to many upscale restaurants, and I must say that Bottega will rank among my favorites. Also, the unassuming infusion of elements of Southern cuisine was impressive. Who would think to expect okra and navy beans?!
