I've dined in several countries and dozens of US cities. The experience/value I received at Perfetto ranks second only to that at Krazy Kat's in Delaware, which also serves an East/West fusion, Japanese-influenced cuisine prepared by a young, award-winning chef. Like most small restaurants, Perfetto is best experienced when there are few patrons in the early evening (I favor early dining to get the flavor of a private dining experience).
