Take it from someone who spent a year sampling the fare in rib houses throughout northwestern Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma, the Tulsa Rib Company offers the finest Ozark style ribs to be found anywhere. The Ozarks have been described as the place where `You all` (pronounced `ya-ll`) meets `Howdy!` The result is a rib source that has you licking your fingers. By the way, in Tulsa ribs are finger food. The ambiance is informal, in fact it is early store-front diner. The dining room is cramped and a bit noisy. They offer take out, which seems to be a big part of their business. Catering for larger parties is available.
