  VISITOR REVIEW

If you squint really hard, you may think you're in North Beach in San Francisco. That's where the similarities end. We requested extra anchovies with our romaine salad - we got one anchovey, and a sliver of another as the `extra`. Wehn pressed the waiter insisted the sliver was the `extra`. We did not receive any more. After a very average (and very overpriced) meal, we finished with coffee and dessert. However, the check never came. We waited so long that finally a member of our party telephoned the restaurant from a cell phone and requested the check be sent to our table. Perhaps they forgot about our party of 5 that was seated upstairs. Tulio is overrated, overpriced, and overblown. There are many other places that offer a better experience than this huge disappointment. However, if you want to be ignored and pay a lot for average food, this is the place.
