Even though a few things have changed since I came to the Blue Fountain for the first time, the service is still friendly, the atmosphere delightful and the food, sumptuous. I would really recommend having the hot antipasto as the appetizer which contains an eggplant delicacy not offered separately on the menu as well as stuffed mushrooms, clams on the half shell, roasted red peppers, shrimp, and stuffed artichoke hearts. For the entrees, a pasta side can be substituted for the usual vegetables even though it is not stated on the menu. A great experience. I would like to add that it is not open on Mondays and only for groups larger than 5-10 need reservations.
