	The Waterloo has been around forever with good reason-- huge menu, good, consistent food, and attentive management. The manager/owner may come to your table to check on things and you get the impression your comments matter. Excellent waitresses who work like dogs. Nothing fancy but solid eats. One of those places that tries to do a lot with it's menu and pulls it off surprisingly well.
