Moved to Mary Coyle's on Market Street/Highland Square. This place closed in or around 1999-- the owner bought Mary Coyle's Ice Cream but still makes his pasta as well as ice cream there. Go to Mary Coyle's!!!!!!!! Mary Coyle's had the best homemade ice cream (not custard) in Akron-- try homemade banana. MC's is charming-- old fashioned ice cream parlor with tables and booths as well as locally made chocolates. The owners son waites on tables and might practice his clarinet in the back if it's slow.
