What's worse than a faux Tex-Mex dinner? The answer is a faux Tex-Mex dinner that is offered in large portions with a tab that is higher than average for Tex-Mex While Pappasito's Cantina is amazingly popular and seemingly has its loyal customers, I can only assume that faux Tex-Mex is an acquired taste that is enabled by the consumption of large amounts of alcohol or no real experience with the joys of settling into a pallet-pleasing plate of cheese enchiladas, carne guisada, and even the pop culture favorite fajitas (which never involves chicken breasts) while holding a freshly made hot tortilla between your fingers. I'll not being joining the ranks of the Pappasito's masses again.
