	Sublime Food, Excellent service, and most importantly, a great atmosphere. The antithesis of the stuffy french restaurant, and self confident to the point where it doesn't have to be trendy. If you are to eat at one restaurant in San Francisco, let it be Fleur De Lys. This is the kind of restaurant that made the city a culinary mecca.
