Can't believe this happened They always go out of their way to see that customers are satisfied A manager would have made the situation right, if necessary- Is follow up to post by chrisieary ...
Probably the worst lunch I've ever paid for. The Southwestern style salad had a can of black beans dumped over it (undrained) and the slimy bean liquid made the greens swim in a charcoal gray mess. I ate three bites of the chicken in it and gave up. For $8.50 I was screwed but didn;t want to make a scene in front of my grandchildren, as they are little and it might have upset them.
