	I have been dining at Itto for a couple of years, and I find it to be the most friendly, tasty, fresh, and quickest sushi bar in Chicago. Prices can be high some times, but their food makes up for it. There are plenty of Japanese folks who dine regularly as well. Free valet parking doesn't hurt either. =)
