The food may be decent but it was not worth the hostess' BULLcrud*.We made reservations 1 week in advance for 7 pm. The hostess never sat us at a table after waitiing 45 mins.
The hostess first told us that she could only seat us when the third person arrives. When the third person arrived by 7:15 pm, the hostess never sat us by 8 pm.
It turned out that the hostess was giving the tables to people she was acquainted with. She also told us that we have to wait for a table that seats specifically 3 people only and could not seat us at a table for 4 that was avaliable by 8 pm.
Have you ever heard of such BULLcrud*!!! We ended up throwing the menu on the floor and walked out of the restaurant. We vowed to NEVER return to this restaurant again. PJ Oyster Bed lost our business.
Why put up with poor service and bad attitude from a hostess when there are so many good restuarants in San Francisco. (edited)
