I too had a bad experience with Texas Land & Cattle on 3/27/01. A group of coworkers went to lunch there for a birhtday lunch. The food was over cooked and service was lacking, but nothing we could not over come. Until we checked out and the server charged someone elses bill to my debt card. Little to say I was upset. She went to fix the problem and still came back with the wrong charge receipt. I asked to speak with a manager. He assured me that every thing was taken care of and that the other charge was taken off my card. Though he could not prove this to me, nor could he give me a receipt showing that it would not be debted. He told me I could call my bank to make sure. I explained to him I should not have to call my bank for their mistake. He did not appoligze for the inconvense. Because of their mistake it caused us all to be late getting back to work. Just to make sure there that it was not charged to my account I did call my bank and there were two charges from Texas Land and Cattle pending on my account, neither of them belonged to me. I have never had such horrible service over a mistake. The manager never compensated us or asked us to come back. Others be aware it could happen to you!!- Is follow up to post by fuckme ...
I had the most horrible time in my life at this place!!!! The waiters were ass-holes to my family and I and the waiter spilled my food on my lap when he got upset at us. I am pressing charges for second degree burns to my brests, stomach, and lap!! Ya'll wil -- 7/24/2000 9:40:16 PM
