There is only one reason that I visit this establishment; well maybe two... Cold beer and fried crab claws!!! I no longer live in this area. However, whenever I come through Montgomery (2-3 times/yr.) my 1st stop is at the Pub. The other food is/was `good`. (I especially remember their exceptional open-faced roast beef sandwich when I 1st started patronizing this place back in 1973..) Alas, the good 'ole days are gone :( . However, the cold beer & crab claws remain to this day as the highlight of my visits to Monkeytown.
