	A wonderful, if a bit expensive, experience. Sitting at the tables as they prepare food is fun and tasty - especially with a large group of friends. But hands down the best thing at Hibachi - and its sister restaraunt Fujita Express - is the SUSHI!!! Who would have thought one could get such great, fresh sushi in WV? And their selection is very large. One of best restaraunts in Charleston.
