i've been coming to clearwater in march for almost 20 years...my first stop is Frenchy's...and before i leave...it's Frenchy's... the grouper sandwich!!!the gumbo!!! the buffalo shrimp!!!i'll be there in a week, please save me some... mike warfel, germantown md Is follow up to post by Judy Shearer ... Frenchy's has long been a local favorite. Voted many times the 'best grouper sandwich' in the Tampa Bay area by readers of the St. Pete Times. Still more good eating at crab season when Frenchy's has crab claws--- the best in town for the best price. A fun place with plenty of good eats and drinks. O.k. to wear you bathing suit.
