I am the Chef and GM of Olivia's. Need to point out mistakes here. One, we are not located on S. Main in Dayton. Our address is 2nd and Main, Kettering Tower Lobby, Dayton, Ohio 45423. Our cuisine is haute Midwestern cuisine, which is to say organic, refined cooking of Middle America. I'd prefer to be defined as American then old style, as their is nothing old style about our cuisine. We change our menu every 3 weeks. Everything is made from scratch. I have no freezer.
