my in-laws, my husband and I went to TGI FRIDAYS for our anniversary dinner as this was one of my husbands and my favorite restaurants as we live in Springfield and my in-laws traveled over 100 miles for this celebration. My father in law could not get a cup of coffee as there were no `clean` spoons (per our waitress) she also messed up my husbands order (he ordered a medium well steak, it came back rare) when he asked her to fix it he waited at least 20 minutes while the rest of us ate. The manager came over and was laughing about it and said he was sorry it happened but we didn't feel he was sincere as he was laughing while he apoligized. This happened in August. My husband and I went back (as I said this was one of our favorite restaurants) He ordered a steak again (medium Well) it came back rare this time too. We haven't been back and will probably not go back.
