Continental Divide is by far one of the most popular spots in town. Seating is limited, so be prepared for approximately and hour wait if you get there after 6 PM. Here you will find familiar mexican ingredients combined with unexpected surprised. Every meal must start with the best margarita in town (on the rocks only) and the `Red Hot Blues Nachos`, blue corn tortilla chips topped with melted jack and goat cheeses. The more adventurous can choose from the very long list of tequila selections. The `Thai Burrito` is a delicious chicken burrito with a spicy peanut sauce. My personal favorite, `Adobo Pork`, combines pulled pork with a mole sauce. A white bean ragout is served on the side. I must admit I've never made it to dessert. The servings here are hearty, and it's hard to stop eating!
