My first visit to P.F. Chang's at Park Meadows...I waited 1 1/2 hours for a table. The place was packed. Definitely the nicest, most modern-looking chinese restaurant I have ever been in. Good value -- you get quite a bit of food for your money. The only thing is...this is NOT real chinese food. I guess it's supposed to be asian fusion? I'm not sure. There really wasn't anything that stood out. I guess if you are there more for the atmosphere, you might not notice that the food is really nothing special. It was good for the experience of going, but it's definitely not worth the wait.
