	There's really only one reason to eat at the Derby - the finest steaks in Montana and possibly some of the finest in the U.S. The tenderloin is superb and rates up with the `big boys` like Morton's and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. These are no-frill steaks, served with steamed potatoes, but you aren't there for the spuds, you're there for the beef -- and it's wonderful!
