What always amazes me about Eclipse is chef Rob LaGrassa's consistent ability to prepare dishes which are simple and elegant, yet unique because of his extraordinary skill in crafting them. The appetizers were superb and complemented our selection of white wine wonderfully. The entrees left just enough room for my companion and I to share one their delicious desserts and a memory we'll not soon forget.
