The portions were too small, the tempura was soggy, but the beef was excellent. Service was good, but could use some improvement. The environment is loud and if you sit in the smoking area, you are distracted by the bar and television set. The waterfall is a nice touch and would be a more enjoyable environment if this atmosphere were obtained through a less rushed feeling and spacing of the food items.
