Having been to J Alexanders more times than we can count, we feel very strongly that they are the best restaurant in Toledo! It starts as soon as you walk into their door, you are immediately greeted by a pleasant hostess who always seems to be genuinely concerned with the needs of `her` guests. Once seated, we feel like we are very special guests in someones home. The service staff has a way of knowing what you want before you even know you want it. The food is prepared pretty much `in the open` and the smells are divine. If you haven't tried J Alexanders, you should. . .you don't know what you are missing. We recommend the Spinach dip for an appetizer (the chicken fingers are great also) the French Dip for lunch (made with sliced medium rare prime rib) and their Baby Back ribs for dinner. Also, they serve a chicken breast dinner & the breasts are the size of 2 adult sized male hands! Enjoy!The program will not allow us to `rate` J Alexander's. . .for the record, we give it a 5+
