Freshness: Rice at the end (one roll) was either not very fresh, or low grade. he other nine or so suchi rolls okay. Value: Excellent. $10 lunch all you can eat sushi including miso shiru (soup). Service: Personal, only person at sushi bar! Warning: Urchin sushi limited to one roll due to high cost. Day I was there nothing came in from supplier. DATE: MID-aUGUST, 2000
