Expect to wait, even with a reservation, but this is really not that unusual a scenario in any small and very busy place. Once seated, we found the service staff very pleasant and accommodating. The room can get very loud on any night, if quiet and intimate is what you're looking for, this is not the place for you. The 'Italian comfort food' is generously portioned and consistently good. The chef does try his hand at more contemporary, adventurous dishes on the daily specials, usually at slightly higher prices than the rest of the menu. Great wine list with very fair pricing, worthy of a much more 'upscale' restaurant.
