This place has great food and is a great place to come. But, i have noticed that when i am there on a friday or saturday and sometimes sunday i notice that maby they are trying to out do themselves which is good but not good if it effects the customers point of view. It just seems like they try to pack too many people into this place and the service,food,attention to the customer is sacrificed for the all mighty dollar. It is very noticeable that the kitchen can not keep up sometimes. possibly trying to make a five star fine dining restaurant out of a steakhouse. You cannot expect to make very elegant food when your turnover is so high it is just not logical. my suggugestion is that they either shorten the menu or if they want to be more fine dining then raise your prices and do fewer covers. Beleive me i am a restaurant expert in planning and developing restaurants for major hotels and casinos all around te world.
