I first visited this restaurant two years ago (3/98), and had the chance to return this spring. The menu continues to be top flight -- everything on it looked inviting. My wife had a salad (crisp and fresh) and a seafood linguine. I, being a bigger sort, had a little more to eat: she-crab soup, small dinner salad, an appetizer of baked clams with an anchovy sauce over pasta, and ostrich filets with a taragon sauce. We shared a creme brulee for dessert. Two bottles of a light red burgundy matched the dinner to a tee. Total for the two of us, without tip, was just over $150. This compares quite favorably to restaurants of this quality in Chicago or NYC. By the way, the atmosphere was enhanced by classical guitar, played by a gentleman who specialized in Spanish pieces. The experience was gratifying, and can't wait to return.
