I just went to Lonestar, and usually have a fantastic dinner. This dinner (3-9-00) was the worst yet. The service was good, but I ordered Prime Rib and it was cold to the touch, my baked potato was dryer than the desert, I had a huge slab of uncooked fat hanging over my prime rib that weighted at least 2 oz. I was very appauled and not even interested in finishing my meal. The manager was contacted and informed me about how they cook the meat, and he offered to 'comp' my meal. I said yes please, and it ended up for 2 people (husband and son) to eat costs us 30 bucks without a tip. OUTRAGEOUS! 4 could eat at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant for that amount! Will never do it again! AND HOW DARE THEM TAKE AWAY OUR PEANUTS????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
