Perhaps you wonder if restaurant critics get preferential treatment … certainly not at the Signature room!{P} Of all the fine restaurants Chicago has to offer, we selected Sunday brunch at this restaurant for the DineSite.com company Christmas outing and it was almost ruined because they couldn't find our reservation!{P} At least they didn't turn us away … after nearly an hour of waiting … we were seated; unfortunately with barely enough time to enjoy the remaining fresh orange juice: how disappointing!{P} To top it off, the management took down our contact information to send a promised redemption offering - it never came! Good thing we aren't really critics … but maybe we should be : )
