Excellent food, terrible service characterizes Samrat. Being the only Indian restaurant in town, I suppose they can slack on their obeisance to the customer. Upon arriving one busy evening, everyone was scrambling around the place. After waiting for 10 minutes, we were finally noticed and placed at a very unfavorable table; upon asking for a different table, they refused. We left. However, on other occasions, the food was excellent, comparable to similar restaurants in Atlanta. Go for the food.
