They say that good wait staff can make an average Restaurant 'Good'!! So can it be said that below average wait staff can make a good Restaurant ' bad' On our Visit to Left Bank, we unfortunately found the latter. Nothing seemed to be in sinc; ask for water, ask for bread, receive the 'check' with the cheese course still on the table and no coffee!!! No, it is not the Restaurant's fault, however, it is their job to police the wait staff, especially when their reputation is at stake.
