*rich*,s is an awesome value with outdoor dining. I much enjoy it's atmosphere , consisting of french fry bumming swarms of birds,local gang activity,panhandlers and a freeway in it's close proximity.I don't scare easy, so I can't stay away from the allure of their tartar sauce.
