I find the food tasty. A pleasant experience despite the mass confusion at counter and disheveled service bar. Generosity with bread sticks helps alot. DRIVE THROUGH TOTALLY DIFFERENT! 1 STICK PER MEAL = CHINTZY! IN ORDERING AND PAYING FOR EXTRAS, YOU FEEL LIKE A BANDIT! I HESITATE TO GO TO FAZOLI'S FOR TAKE HOME. Makes me wonder: Does management make waiters inside pay for the extra bread sticks out of their tips?
