Specializing in northern Italian cuisine, chef Vincenzo personally prepares entrees tableside. Selections are always well presented and exquisitely prepared on warmed plates. Excellent wine selection, don't miss the pouilly-fume with veal, chicken or fish. Several veal and chicken dishes to choose from including a pre-theatre menu with price-fix. The chicken picatta is not to be missed! Decor is comfortable/romantic. Large, spacious ballroom atmosphere with Italian flavor, emphasized by low lighting, makes for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Sometimes, however, if dining room is full, the noise level can be distracting. Overall excellent northern Italian cuisine, superior service, and a nice choice for fine-dining in Louisville.
