Service has gone down hill in the last couple of years. Always new hires. Often salads/appetizers are brought just before or at the same time the entree is served. To be more positive - we have found that of all the places we have eater, all around the county, Fridays has the most consistent quality of food of all. You can order Blackened Cajun Chicken Pasta in San Francisco, Florida or Cincinnati and it will be the same good quality at all Fridays. Fridays is our favorite but service needs to improve or at least stay consistent. I blame the management!
