One of the best coffee houses in Boulder, known for its flavorful coffee blends and tables facing the majestic views of the FlatIrons ... Caffe Sole may be small, but big on smoothies made while you wait and, perhaps, the best coffee drinks in town.
The food selection is limited, but brought in fresh on a daily basis. The rollup sandwiches (wrapped chicken with vegetables in a tortilla) served with salsa make for a great lunch or light dinner. Personally, I always have room for their carrot cake ... made with a light frosting, striking a balance to the cake that creates a flavor to savor (perfect with a cup of mocha). Enjoy mouth-watering bagels, pastries, and cakes as well.
