Rudi's is known in Boulder for their healthy menu and homemade food. When mentioned, anyone from Boulder will know the Rudi's name.
They have specials that rotate on a daily basis, but in my opinion, the best dishes are the soups. Each day, they prepare a new soup fresh. Add one of their salads, and it’s hard to go wrong for a great lunch.
When I was there, I munched down a Caesar salad. The lettuce was accompanied by a mixture of a light dressing. I finished off my meal with a homemade cookie and decided on a walk in the foothills.
