"Hi, welcome to Boulder! Here, you can find some of the best food in Colorado, but you'll need to focus -- the beauty of the FlatIrons are easily distracting!" -

Boulderites love the Mediterranean restaurant, better known as the "Med" ... Set a block off downtown, the Med is known city wide for its delightful food that brings many flavors to the table.
To start off your meal, take a look at the Tapas. The fried calamari with Spanish sauce is excellent or the hummus with pita break. With the wide selection of wine, you can compliment any meal. I do suggest the Penne Bolognese as it melts in your mouth.
Once your meal is complete, think about the desserts. A tray of temptations will find their way to your table. The cheesecake is lovely and perfect with a cup of cappuccino.
Another highlight of this restaurant is the oven baked pizza. It takes about 45 minutes, but the taste is worth the wait.
